H1 PMD Review

1. Aop on track. Achieved $752k.
2. Channel partner enginees training conducted.
3. Streamline ROP level, RMA process, maintained repair and warranty sheet. 
4. Reduced warranty pending cases count  from 40 nos to under 10 cases. 
5. Trained Nihal on FSI pharama product and RMSI product. Now focusing on train on XRF product. 
6. Guding Nihal to provide superior customer  service. 
7. Regular tracking and meetings are going with FSI, BMH & PI channel partners. 
8. Sucessfully renewed channel partner agreements by coordinating with Thermo Legal team. 
9. Developed good connection with FSI, RMSI and PI factory. 
10. Improved collaboration with FSI sales team and supply chain team. 
11. Enhanced X ray tube import process. And with our regular follow up, now AERB also started bulk approval for X ray tube NOC. 
12. Become active participant of PPI project. Completed JDI, RCCM and 5S project. Now working on PPI power User assignments.
