      Connect with old dots Yesterday I called one of my old customer. Sourabh verma. One of the great peronality by nature known to me. He is the IIT'en, worked in NTPC. From year  2011 to 2018 When I was service engineer, I was quarterly visited to NTPC Sipat. He was the concerned person for my visit. We both are almost same age group. As service engineer we always get complaint mode sound from customer and they expect for solutions. But in sourabh's case I experienced diffence. Whenever we meet we started conversation with "Kaise hai, how is your family. And vice versa. After that some genral talks and at the end little bit on work. He never raise his voice.
