Why our name Boundary breakers? :

As you all know in 2023 BMH sales business is close down and only service support are remain active for next 5 to 7 years. 

Like in cricket when last wicket remained on ground, its pressure free game to collect maximum runs. like that we are trying  to hit each an every ball out of the boundary. 

Ashish and myself is tail ender of BMH inning to hit maximum runs.

Ashish is smart hard hitting batsmen. He knows how to stick in ground in difficult situation and keep scoreboard rotating. 

I am playing pivotal role to balance commercial activates, manage field team to execute all pending I&C, T&M and AMC's.. 

  Since last 2 years, we are  successfully maintaining winning momentum and braking our own records. So our name is boundary breakers. 

What we doing differently:  

1. Stocking high demand parts. 

2. Developed and streamlined local suppliers for load cell, and TMD spare parts.  

3. Utilizing channel partner for I&C, AMC and T&M visit. Also would like to thank PA and gauging engineers for supporting to execute Some AMC visit, that showcase our cross functional team work. 

4. Considering each enquiry as last one, trying to converting in PO. With that we have Increased  "say to Do ratio- implementing Charus mantra for 2025 success. 

  in BMH also  we have finished Q1 on strong note with achievement of 37% of AOP. In M1 we have good start and in M2 will cross the bar surly. We are confident to  achieve above 60% in H1. 

With that we will definitely win this championship.
