TPL walk walk walk


I think This TPL is not limited to this quarter but it's path for us to play in each quarter to achieve great results. It's our job to walk on this path. Here I have written one poem dedicating to this TPL. 

Poem name :

 Walk walk walk 

Walk like a Tiger,
Walk like a soldier
Walk towards Horizon.

Walk like a Hero
Walk like a deer
Walk with out fear
Walk like legend towards goal, 
Walk walk walk

If u fail.. don't worry, pull your socks

Restart the clocks...  And again start walk walk walk. 

Once target is lock, no one can block.. 

Becouse all knows, we are not just talk, we believe on walk... 

TPL is our starting jerk.. definitely we all are going to win our perk.. 

So keep walk walk walk...

Connect with old dots - sourabh verma

      Connect with old dots Yesterday I called one of my old customer. Sourabh verma. One of the great peronality by nature known to me. He is the IIT'en, worked in NTPC. From year  2011 to 2018 When I was service engineer, I was quarterly visited to NTPC Sipat. He was the concerned person for my visit. We both are almost same age group. As service engineer we always get complaint mode sound from customer and they expect for solutions. But in sourabh's case I experienced diffence. Whenever we meet we started conversation with "Kaise hai, how is your family. And vice versa. After that some genral talks and at the end little bit on work. He never raise his voice. Always talk in soft and steady tone. That thinks always impress me. He was the CHP (coal handling plant) head. They have huge pressure to run the plant.
