support giving to LPA customer, CBIC customer Pharma & customer. 
Nihal with his customer centric approch always on front to provide quick on site support and remote support. 
at LPA we have installed RDE systems which used to inspect the trucks, importing goods from neighbouring countries.this is related to national security. this machines are operated by BSF jawans and custome officers. during 24*7 anytime when any vehicle detects with radiation. The machine operator calls nihal to get assistance on further action. as well Nihal doing the ontime site visits to make sure all machines are working smoothly. 
along with that in pharma Nihal is keen with technical compitanacy with his quick support approch Delighting customer by resolve the problem with shortest time period. 
though factory stopped to supply spares parts of  Micorphazir and TSGP. with local repair he resolved the Lupin, Hetero, DRL, Granules & Mylan issues with out of the box ideas. with that FSI service team supported to sales to get new machines order from this customer. 
He is also cross supported MC Team to complete the I&C and AMC visits. which impacted to increase MC Revenue. 

Nihal is sharp and leading from front to delight and enhance the customer experience. his contribution really good in shaping FSI overall growth.

      Connect with old dots Yesterday I called one of my old customer. Sourabh verma. One of the great peronality by nature known to me. He is the IIT'en, worked in NTPC. From year  2011 to 2018 When I was service engineer, I was quarterly visited to NTPC Sipat. He was the concerned person for my visit. We both are almost same age group. As service engineer we always get complaint mode sound from customer and they expect for solutions. But in sourabh's case I experienced diffence. Whenever we meet we started conversation with "Kaise hai, how is your family. And vice versa. After that some genral talks and at the end little bit on work. He never raise his voice. Always talk in soft and steady tone. That thinks always impress me. He was the CHP (coal handling plant) head. They have huge pressure to run the plant.
