In BMH in 2021 we have innovated the Tramp metal detector system. 

with old arrangement of flag drop marker system, conveyor gets stop and person have to climb on conveyor to remove the metal pieces from stopped conveyor. this affect on life of conveyor motor, whole process stopped. not only one but all series conveyor required to stop due to single metal pieces. this is hectic and tedious process. sometime if labour ignored to remove metal piece, this damage the coal mill which cause whole plant shutdown. 

to overocme on above all problem BMH Service,design and sales team jointly inovetted and  do the collaboration of TMD with coal scooper system. 

in this new developement instead of belt stop, after metal detect scooper will scoop out that coal out the conveyor in running condition. with this conveyor stop time, mill breakdown, human negligence minimized. 

though system was developed in 2021 was not tested on field till Feb 2026. hence nobody knows whether this will sucess on field or not.

here ashish showed his technical compitanacy and innovattive mind. 

made changes in PLC program, assist customer to do mechanical changes. finally with long trials he sucessfully completed this one of the dreamed BMH project.

this project commissioned at Utter Pradesh goverment power plant. which is crucial for all kind of development of Utter Pradesh and create many jobs.
